Kunstgreb & Co challenges the participants’ convictions, prejudices and assumptions so that the company’s products, processes and collaborative cultures can be strengthened or freely reconsidered in completely new and different ways. By being co-creators of the company’s new ideas and solutions, the employees work as many artists work. They define their own rules and results. This creates something very valuable for the participants. No other person can come andsay something is wrong. It is one of the cornerstones of being a creative person and the key to development and change.
We have been working professionally with innovation and ideological development since 2008. We have managed creative processes in small and large assemblies for both public and private companies. We have designed and refined an innovation process that opens up creativity while keeping the participants guided accordingly so everyone can participate.
