Because it is an opportunity to give your board new inspiration and raise your perspective in relation to the organisation’s development. Good leadership is a hard and demanding discipline. The requirements and expectations of yesterday, is certainly not necessarily the requirements and expectations of the board of directors in 3 months. The resilience of each member of the board is necessary in order to navigate in an expanding complex world. The requirements of the board are that it is done in a professional way and that the balance between rational and human leadership is intact. The board have to understand the vision, the company mission and the employees or volunteers who have to deliver the plans.
*The Kunstgreb method creates a changing culture and offers a modernised mindset. The method has won two first prizes and is based on Walt Disney’s developmental thinking, Otto Scharmer’s future scenarios and, not least, the artists’ way of developing. It enables participants to work with a common basic view of “open heart, open mind, open will” is a prerequisite for all positive development.
You will come through a course that optimises and stimulates learning and achieves results using the artistic approach to development. More than 200 companies, associations and boards have been through the process and say “that there was a whole new open and friendly working atmosphere”. For several, it has been a “radical cultural shift” and that it must be both effective and fun sitting in a board.
Many people find it hard to see the new opportunities – often it’s wrong to get the best results. For most boards, there is a need to create an innovation culture, both among members and in the employee groups, across the organisation and at the individual employee / participant level.
